REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)

Claremont Creative Center Roof Replacement Invitation to Bid

56 Opera House Square, Claremont, NH

The Claremont Development Authority (CDA) invites sealed bids for the Claremont Creative Center Roof Replacement Project. Bidders must hold their bids open for a period of 60 days. Bidders must provide a 5% bid bond with the sealed bid, Insurance Certificate and a 100% Performance and Payment Bond will be required prior to Contract Execution.

Site Visit: Bidders are strongly encouraged to schedule a site visit with the Owner’s Representative; Avery Hallbauer (603) 504-0350 or email ahallbauer@claremontnh.com.

Bids: Bids can be delivered or mailed in and must be received by the City no later than 10:00 AM EST on Wednesday, October 16th, 2024, at which time they will be read publicly. Proposals received after this deadline will not be eligible for consideration. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bid.

QUESTIONS: Questions regarding the project must be received by 10:00 AM EST on Wednesday, October 9th, 2024. Emailed questions should be sent to the Owner’s Representative at ahallbauer@claremontnh.com. Addendums to Contract Documents shall be posted at the City of Claremont Procurement Opportunities website (https://www.claremontnh.com/procurement) no later than 10:00 AM EST on Friday, October 11th, 2024.

 

Funding for this project includes federal funds and is subject to all federal requirements, including, but not limited to Davis-Bacon Wage Rates.
